Staff

Effective staff management ensures smooth operations, collaboration, and optimized performance. The Staff Management Panel provides centralized control over team members, roles, and permissions.

  1. Go to Admin Panel.
  2. Select Staff from the sidebar.

From one place you can view all staff, assign roles, manage permissions, and send invitations.

  1. Click the ”+” icon on the left side of the page.
  2. A list of your staff will appear — select the member you want to assign to a specific space.
  3. Click Add to include them in that workspace.
  1. Go to the Invites section on the left side of the screen.
  2. Enter the new member’s email or username.
  3. Assign them a role.
  4. Click Send Invite.

MemberLimited access, typically for specialized or support roles
  1. Open the Staff List.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (•••)View Profile.
  3. Edit roles, update details, reassign to workspaces, or remove from spaces.
  1. Navigate to the relevant SpaceStaff tab.
  2. Select the member.
  3. Click •••Remove.

Reasons to remove a staff member:

  • Protect data integrity after someone leaves
  • Maintain an updated, accurate directory
  • Improve communication clarity within teams
  • Reduce unnecessary access and associated costs
